Over 40 participants attended the meeting, including Professor Hu Jun, Vice President of Zhejiang University of Technology; Professor Wu Yizhou, Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Zhejiang University of Technology; Academician Li Lin from the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Professor Zhu Xiao from Huazhong University of Science and Technology; Professor Li Zhuguo from Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Professor Xiao Rongshi from Beijing University of Technology; Researcher Zhou Jun from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Director Wang Hangliang from TRUMPF (China) Co., Ltd.; and representatives from Zhejiang University of Technology’s School of Mechanical Engineering and the Advanced Laser Manufacturing Research Institute, along with other collaborative innovation center co-construction units.

The report summarized the center's achievements in scientific research, talent cultivation, university-enterprise collaboration, and industrial partnerships. It also outlined the center's development plans for key research tasks and talent training in the next phase.

The Provincial-Ministerial Co-Construction Collaborative Innovation Center for High-End Laser Manufacturing Equipment was approved for establishment by the Ministry of Education in 2019. It is dedicated to the independent innovation and development of high-end laser manufacturing equipment and its key technologies. These innovations have been applied in over 100 major national projects in fields such as aerospace, energy power, petrochemicals, and steel metallurgy. The center has won more than 50 awards, including the National Technological Invention Award, the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards.
